ANCHOR was founded in 1998 as a real estate development firm, specializing in commercial and residential sales and leasing in the United States. We have completed deals with prominent landlords and national tenants on a wide variety of projects. We strive to provide a one stop-shop of services from negotiating a deal to managing your investment property.

Although real estate has long been our main focus, we also provide international business investment opportunities as well as cross cultural marketing and branding. Through our global network, we have been able to establish a connection between the United States, the Asian American communities, at domestic and abroad. We cherish this connection, participating in community outreach and cultural education programs.
